Look, the walls are Dover White. No, we dont want you painting them. We like to keep it neutral, so you will have to accent the colors with furniture, throw pillows, or whatever you design people like to do. No need to deal with weird colors in different rooms. 
The house is close to Mead High School. Their football team is really good, so you might hear cheering from their stadium on Friday nights. 
You can cancel your gym membership as the walking trails and access to the COVE facility will have you with fewer excuses than you currently have. If you dont like long walks watching sunsets behind the lakes, this is the wrong house.
Ultra low utility fees at only $150 a month for everything.
