There's also a fenced in back & side yard, plus a large amount of garden space. Utilities are split between occupants.
About me: I'm an ICU Nurse and occupy one of the upstairs bedrooms. I enjoy rock climbing, acroyoga, couple's dancing (lindy, blues, salsa, etc), skiing / snowboarding, canyoneering, traveling, etc. My work schedule switches between day &night shifts. Both I and the current housemate are around 30 yrs old
About you: Ideally someone who shares some of my interests, is considerate in regards to keeping the common areas clean and of my sleep schedule with work, & has a straightforward & mature communication style. Male or female. Non smoker. Cats negotiable.
