Credit score 650+ for approval, anything between 600-650 on a case by case basis and may need a co-guarantor. Tenant responsible for all utilities and maintaining the yard. Active renters insurance required (this can also be obtained with your deposit-free lease via Rhino, ask for more details). Minimum 12 month lease. No smoking in the house.
