Hi Everyone, I am looking for a sublessor for the next 6 months for a private bedroom in a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment. Beautiful location - Embassy Apartment on university ave.
I am in need of a sublease from as soon as possible for 6 months until end of lease. The room is available and ready to move in. Rent is $820 with ~$20-$30 on electricity per month. My bedroom is in the middle one, so it’s a great size with a nice window looking out onto University. The bathroom is shared with one roommate and there are 2 male roommates already living currently in the apartment. It also has a large closet with a decent amount of storage space. It is the Embassy apartment building on University Ave! Two of my current roommates (both guys) are super nice and would be around for the summer. Additionally, there are parking passes available if interested.
