Hello!
I am looking to fill a room in my house at the beginning of March but could be a little flexible for the right person. I am looking for someone ideally female, in their 30s, has good credit, good rental history, respectful, and tidy. 
My name is Elizabeth. I am 33 and I’m a full time jeweler so I’ll be out of the house from 9-6. On my free time I like roller skate and two step. 
You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Her name is Nirosha. She is in the real estate business and is super sweet and cooks delicious food. Her cat shadow is sweet and likes to be outdoors.
The house is located 5 minutes away from HEB and right next to a strip of bars (my fav is Sam’s Town Point). There will be an above ground pool coming soon! There is a trail head located in the neighborhood. That’s where the last couple of pictures were taken.

Rent is 800 with a 800 deposit. Month to month or year lease
