He has done work as an interior designer (that's why it looks so nice). The other is his 22 year old daughter who lives there 3 days a week, who is a full time student and works. Both are very clean and quiet. 
The condo has two bathrooms, you will get one private bathroom (the smaller one pictured), however, there is a shared bathroom that has the bathtub/shower. You won't find a place this nice at this price anywhere!
