What: Large Studio Room w/private bathroom & entrance. It is not a roommate situation, but it’s attached to my home & I live in the upstairs portion of the house. The space being rented is downstairs below main house. Studio room is 24x12 in size + bathroom.
Room is Fully Furnished - with a memory foam queen mattress and log bed frame, couch, pub table/2 stools, small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with a walk-in closet with dresser + bathroom & private entrance through backyard. Does NOT have a full kitchen, but does have have a 2 spot electric burner + small appliances mentioned above. 
When: Move in on April 1st - SHORT TERM ONLY. Available 1, 2 or 3 months Maximum. Renting for full month terms. 
Who: Individual who is clean & quiet with a Full-Time Job in town. Please be stable, have rental references. No drugs/No parties. Interested to have like-minded & hard working person around - loves to be outdoors when not working. Please no animals.
Location: Sierra Tract
Tenant to help upkeep snow removal for their walk-way & parking area. 
1 Parking Space in maintained side yard.
