The townhome will be vacated by the 26th and ready to move in on March 1st.
If you would like to get the feel and look of an exact layout, feel free to walk the model, a few doors from 501 Clifford Heights. The model is at 511 Clifford Heights.
The office/model unit is open from 10am to 4:00 pm. 
This small row of townhomes is the only section that has a lovely view of the cabana and pool, only a few steps from your front door! It is beautifully landscaped, (you are not looking into the back of someone else's unit). Mailboxes are in the pool house for easy access!
