I am looking for a roommate to join me in a new construction. Only 1 bedroom is available not the whole house! Singles only please. 
Just 15 minutes from campus, 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes away from Mueller (which includes HEB), the location cannot be beat. It is a new neighborhood called 51east that features amenities like a dog park, outdoor pool and grill area, as well as an outdoor movie area. You can learn more about it on their website (google 51east). 
-Washer dryer, fridge and all appliances will be brand new and the common areas will be furnished including a couch, chair and TV. You are welcome to provide your own kitchen utensils, etc. as there will be plenty of storage. 
Move-in/rent: 
- Available beginning 2/1/23 
- Unfurnished bedroom
- Rent would be $1200 per month (not including utilities or wifi, which will be minimal and split). Lease term can be anywhere from 3-12 months, it will be very flexible, happy to do month to month, as long as you stay a minimum of 3 months. 
-You will have to pass a background check, income verification of 3x rent, a credit check and provide a $650 refundable deposit 
A little about myself:
I am 23 years old, graduated from UT in 2021. Im very easygoing. I work as a tech consultant so I do wfh often but will also be going into the office. I like trying new restaurants and exploring Austin. I also like to get outdoors whenever possible, so hiking, and kayaking are some of my hobbies. 
Looking for someone who is around the same age, equally easygoing, clean, non-smoking, and doesn’t mind a dog. Loud parties and excessive drinking is not my vibe and I ask that you respect that in the house. Gender does not matter, although male is preferred. LGBTQ friendly.
