The condo is also located next to the pool and tennis courts for your convenience.
We do have an unfurnished option available upon request. Smoking is prohibited and no pets are allowed. Water and trash are included in the rental.

•	Laundry facilities are available from 7 am to 9 pm. Using the facilities outside of these hours or violating any other rules may result in a fine of $100. There is also a community laundry room available 24/7 for use at a cost of 4 quarters per load.
•	Children should be supervised on the balcony at all times.
•	Please take care of your keys and be aware that losing the community key or gate remote will incur a charge of $100.
•	Please treat the furnishings with care and do not rearrange them.
