Lease/Purchase Program - The monthly payment for the home is $295 for 6 years. At the end of the 6th year, the title will be signed over into your name and you'll own this home free-and-clear. You don't have to deal with any banks as I'll finance the purchase for you. You'll need a minimum monthly VERIFIABLE income of $1,800 to be approved for this home.
The down payment for the home is only $300 and this is because the home does need a little work. The home needs a little drywall work, a good cleaning and some painting. The pictures are a little older.
The lot rent for the Sahara Mobile Home Park is $320 and you must be approved by the park. Your total monthly payment will be $615 including the lot rent and the payment for the home. After the 6th year, the home will be paid off in full and you'll only have the lot rent.
Pets may be accepted with a $20 monthly pet fee per pet.
