The unit has an electric plug-in heater in the kitchen. AC unit is not supplied so it must be brought by the renter. Utilities paid by renter are electric and a flat fee of $30/month for water. Gas bill is not paid upstairs since the furnace is being used exclusively by the downstairs tenant. (Note: Registers upstairs are closed to prevent from using downstairs heat as per agreement with the downstairs tenants). Landlord covers trash, sewer and water bill until a second water meter is installed. There’s parking available on the street and side of the house.
