If you request a month where there is an unavailable weekend, or small number of dates already booked, you may need to make other arrangements for these dates. We are not allowed to cancel some of our prior bookings or we can lose our SuperHost status with Airbnb. Pet fees which are $200 per pet, per stay through Airbnb, must be added to the monthly rent and charged monthly.
