We have a beautiful lower westside beach bungalow, located right in the middle of it all - a few blocks away from the beach and a few blocks away from the best restaurants, breweries, shops and grocery stores in town. There is a flat utility fee of $300 that includes internet, PG&E, water, trash, etc. Available starting December 1st - March 1st (with potential of a longer stay if we find the right tenant). Not pictured is a 4 car driveway and large backyard. 
We are looking for a low footprint tenant as this is our primary home. Everything inside of the home is special to us and are hoping to find someone who is willing to treat our things as if they are their own.
No pets (may consider small dog or cat with extra deposit and if we are able to meet the pet)
