Seeking a housemate who is:
- Respectful and considerate of others
- Neat + clean!
- Wants a home that is a sanctuary, and isn’t looking for a place to have a ton of people over or throw huge parties.
- Likes cats (Frank is a people person)
- Doesn't have pets (I'm an animal lover, but Frank is a sensitive kitty who prefers to be the only pet in the house)
- Participates in basic household chores, like helping clean common spaces weekly and helping with outdoors chores monthly (raking leaves, weeding, etc).
- Is socially independent (I’m open to doing some shared meals and hanging out though! Maybe hikes?)
