2)	Reasonable credit with no multiple collections due for gas, electric, and phone bills in the last 3 years. Medical bills, student loans etc may be acceptable after review.
3)	Employed currently at least for 3 months and min of 24 months within last 36 months unless have verifiable documented source of alternative income. 
4)	No Evictions or Criminal record. Minor police violations can be reviewed for approval, as long as qualify for income and other general requirements. 
5)	Individuals with not so perfect credit, or minor background issues can be evaluated for possible approval depending employment, historical income and cosigner etc.
6)	A cosigner can be used to meet income requirements
