Nearby beaches include Manasota Key Beach (10 min), Venice Beach (14 min), Caspersen Beach (14 min), or famous Siesta Key Beach (35 min). Close to shopping and restaurants on and off the island of Venice. You can also take a ride to downtown Sarasota or St. Armands Circle for additional entertainment options. This is a pet-friendly property (breed restrictions do apply). If you want to take your pup to the beach for the day, this home is only 12 min from Brohard Paw Park (dog-friendly beach)! There is an additional fee of $50 per pet for each stay. 
30 day minimum stay is required. Currently available October for $3,500/month, November for $3,500 per month, December for $4,500/month, and January for $7,000/month. This home is already booked February and March 2024. NO SMOKING. Rate includes water, trash, pest control, lawn care, and weekly pool care. Guests are responsible for paying a departure cleaning fee of $200. Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.
