Suzanne is a Dallas native beginning her real estate relocation career at Cartus Relocation in the mid 1980’s. In 1994 she founded Apartment Lifestyles, a company specializing in corporate relocation for major companies relocating new employees to D/FW.
Apartment Lifestyles built a corporate client list that included the Dallas Cowboys, Frito-Lay, Pizza Hut, Neiman Marcus, Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse, Raytheon and more. In 2000, due to the company’s huge success, it was was acquired by a major national real estate brand where Suzanne stayed on to run operations until 2004.

Suzanne later gravitated to the senior retirement industry, specializing in “Continuing Care Retirement Community” (CCRC) business which included selling high end apartments to the senior market for several years.

In 2019 Suzanne formed Dallas City Apartments, a company designed to provide a free, “one-stop” solution for future residents and companies to navigate the over-whelming process of finding the perfect apartment in the Dallas and suburban areas. Suzanne’s goal is to provide exceptional customer service and valuable information to her clients.
