I work with military, corp. temp housing and insurance companies, as well as individuals to provide you with a home away from home.
Welcome to this spacious home with a large fenced backyard that is sure to make your evenings a pleasant one. This home comes fully equipped & has a large dining-room for entertainment!
With close access to all Little Rock’s dining & entertainment, this home offers a small-town feel in one of Arkansas’ safest cities. If you need access to the AF-Base & hospitals, look no further, living in Sherwood will ensure your stay will be a nice one!
Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.!

Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old.
Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. 
Minimum credit score of 680 is required.
Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants.
Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided.
Any stays under 30 days a 13.5% occupancy tax will apply.
Nightly and weekly stays may be available based on a 5 day minimum. Call for availability.
