Residential Lease Terms
This property is for rent by owner and not associated with any Broker or Agent. All tenants are screened by application and credit check $20/person. Proof of income must be provided. Examples: recent pay stub, tax documents, financial statements. Lease term is 1 year minimum with month-to-month option following. Rent escalation 3% each anniversary. Shorter term can be negotiated. Early termination fee is equal to the security deposit. 30 day written notice is required. No Pets preferred. But… Dog or cat will be considered on individual basis and 1 time $100 Pet fee is non-refundable plus an additional $25/month pet rent. NO exotic pets. No smoking inside property.
