Before you move in you must bring your dog(s) to the Fairway Hills Property Management office to provide them with a DNA cheek swab sample of your pet. Please also bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination records. Fairway Hills Property Management will be registering your dog, for your unit, while you are here, which also includes a photo. The process is very simple. Once you bring your dog to the office YOU will swab your pet with the provided kit. Fairway Hills Property Management will submit the DNA sample to PooPrints. Once the registration of your pet(s) is complete, any feces found on the property will be submitted for analysis. Waste samples will be compared to the cheek swab samples on file and the owner who did not pick up after their dog will be fined $300. If the fine is not paid, the rental agreement will be subject to termination. The fines are made payable to Park West LLC and can be paid at the office located on site.
