 Owners will permit two pets (one cat and one small dog, or two small dogs) given each is evaluated by owner as both people and other pet friendly. Applicants must meet every requirement stated in The Rental Application, separate Rental Contract/Agreement and its Addendum; and must submit with application a $30.00 Screening Fee as well as evidence of a 600 plus Credit Score. Due at signing will be first and last month’s rent, a $2,500 Security Deposit, and first month’s pet rent (pet rent being $25.00 monthly per pet). 
 Given winter is coming, tenants should be adept at dealing with snow.
