We would share the stairs (13 steps down) to access the utility room and the lower apartment. Lower level has large bedroom, large bathroom, large closet, office area, combination kitchen, dining and living room furnished. The neighborhood is a family friendly neighborhood and is a short distance to the town center, Longmont United Hospital and a shopping area. Longmont area has bicycle and walking trails (St. Vrain Greenway along the St. Vrain River) open space, many parks, reservoirs, a community swimming pool, rec centers and museum. Fenced and gated back yard is landscaped with a fire pit and available for tenants use, the tenant must arrange with homeowner. We frequent the back and front yard as we do the yardwork, also have a chicken and a friendly small/med Terrier dog. 
We do require that apartment be professionally cleaned once a month, fee will be in addition to the rent. The apartment has a vacuum cleaner for your use. The laundry room has washer, dryer and ironing board for your use and you would be expected to laundry your bed linens and clothes. We do keep cleaning supplies, toilet paper and etc. in the apartment but we would expect after you have had a chance to settle in that you would provide your own supplies. We also require that applicants be properly vaccinated against Covid both shots including the booster.
