I am a female looking for a female roommate to rent out the basement of a four bedroom house! It comes with two rooms in the basement and a .5 bath. The full bathroom is upstairs. This will be shared between us. You will have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and garage (for storage). There is a driveway, which you can park in if my car is not there! The location of the house is wonderful as well-it is right near Fort Carson and Peterson AFB.

A little bit about myself: I have two cats who do not get along with other animals (so no animals please (sorry, I know). I am a special education teacher!
