All apartments are professionally cleaned in accordance with our 40-point cleaning protocol. After each cleaning, the apartment is then inspected to insure your apartment is in mint condition. All apartments are given touch up paint between guests. 
Pets are welcome except for aggressive breeds. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
