…. At that point you’re not competing with anyone else. If the report is good, the room is yours.
• If your credit isnt good, you can rent anyway by prepaying some rent. (See above.)
• We sign the lease and you pay the $500 deposit. Rent isnt due until one week before your lease starts.
• You buy renter’s insurance. I’ll provide instructions.
