Private room in new house with yard in East Austin near Walnut Creek 
Hey there, a roommate is leaving so now I have to find a new roommate for the spare room. 
We’re in East Austin with easy access to highway 183/290/35 to both downtown and the Domain around 10-15 minutes. Near Cap metro route 20 and 37
We are in a red brick 4bed2bath house with 2 garage spaces house. Rent will be $900 per month and split utilities should run around $50-100 per month. AT&amp;T fiber internet. The back yard is big and has lots of room. The kitchen has upgraded white cabinets and black granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. W/d in unit. Bathroom is shared. The room is Room C on the pictures. Official move in is April 1st, 2023 (4/1/2023) but I can be flexible.
About us: I’m Shawn and a 32 year old young professional in the semiconductor industry. I’m an avid traveler and I fund my travels with credit card points. I haven’t paid for a flight/hotel in years. I have solar panels, compost, and have a garden so I’m renewable conscious. I also have a squat rack and bench in the garage for any weight lifters. Samantha and Jasmin work for Austin Bergstrom airport and as a project manager, respectively. We like cooking together and cook a lot of Indian, Chinese, Asian foods. I hope you like spicy. We have 1 dog currently here so more pets will be considered on an one-on-one basis.
About you: Proof of income and able to pass a background/credit check through mysmartmove for $40 (non-refundable). Be able to pay 1st month rent and 1 month rent for security deposit. Respectful, communicative, and clean. Pets allowed. No couples. No messy people. No murderers.
