Both master bedrooms have California King beds, their own private bathrooms and one lead out directly to the beautiful backyard. The two other bedrooms have queen-sized beds and Jack and Jill bathroom, and the separate Casita is very private and comfortable with a bathroom with walk in shower.
All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs. 
The backyard has a beautiful, newly re-molded pool and Jacuzzi with a swim-up table, pool umbrellas and waterfall feature. Jacuzzi comfortably fits up to 14 people with 28 surrounding jets and a flat screen TV in proximity, perfect for watching sports or movies while relaxing. Outdoor area also includes a BBQ area, lounge chairs for tanning, as well as a covered sitting area. (the Tv is actually disconnected due to City Hall regulation) 
The home features an entertainment room with a pool table, massive movie theater screen with comfortable seating and large bar area with built in fridge and ice-maker, perfect for serving up cocktails.
