Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. We strive to make the experience for all of our tenants the best possible one while they are living in our properties. We understand what it is like to be a student or a young professional working and studying in the Ithaca area and we aim to provide you with the best possible experience.

This unique property is located just outside the hustle and bustle of Drydens main street business district, but its still close enough to easily walk to all of the conveniences downtown has to offer: TCAT bus top, the bank, post office, and convenience stores. Each apartment has its own entrance for added privacy, on street parking, and access to coin operated laundry on premises. The parking situation is tricky but free off-street parking, less than two blocks from the building is available. 
 
The apartment is an average size 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Rent is $820/month includes all utilities. We require references, security deposit, and 1st months rent. One cat is permitted with an addition cat deposit. The apartment is non-smoking and non furnished. A lease of 12 months is required too, we cannot offer short term leases.
