Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. There are 10 units total in the building, all 1 bedroom in size. 2 of the units enter off the back of the building and have a townhouse layout; with the main living space (kitchen and living room) upstairs and a large bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. The remaining units are all one level and share the main entrance off the front. The rent includes heat and hot water, there is coin operated washer and dryers in the building, and a dumpster for trash removal. Off-street parking conveniently available along side the building too.

There is off-street parking directly in front of the building and on-site laundry available in the building.
