Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. We strive to make the experience for all of our tenants the best possible one while they are living in our properties. This building is located around the corner from the Ithaca Airport, Brown Road Industrial Park and other conveniences. The trash removal is included, there is off-street parking for at least 1 car per apartment and there is coin operated washer and dryer in the building for tenant&apos;s use. 
 
Rent is $975/month which includes heat and hot water. Electric is not included and averages $50/month. We require landlord references, security deposit and first month&apos;s rent. A 12 month lease is also required. One cat is permitted, with an additional refundable deposit. The apartment is non-smoking and is not furnished.
