Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. We strive to make the experience for all of our tenants the best possible one while they are living in our properties. Apartment 156-3 is a third-floor apartment, equipped with modern appliances including an A/C in each bedroom. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric oven and stove. The apartment is pre-wired for phone, TV, and high-speed internet. Rent includes tenant-controlled heat, hot/cold water, and access to the building&apos;s trash facilities. Internet and parking are available for additional fees.
 
Each bedroom comes furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, and chair. The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, end table, and a dining table and chairs. A covered porch area is accessed via the kitchen, offering expansive storage space as well as additional living space during warmer months.
 
Our leases are for 12 months, with the option to sublet. A security deposit equal to one month of rent is due upon lease signing. No pets allowed.
