Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. Located on the corner of Wood Street and South Albany Street, this building has nice character to it. The apartment is on the second floor, offering a nice foyer entrance on the first floor and stairs moving to the second floor. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and a spacious living room. Galley style kitchen with updated cabinetry and counter tops, along with an eating area just outside the kitchen. A full bath, with a tub, complete the apartment. 
 
No carpet throughout the apartment, there is coin-op laundry in the building for tenant&apos;s use. No designated off-street parking, but street parking is readily available. One cat is acceptable, with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted at this location. We require references, security deposit and first month&apos;s rent. A lease of at least 10-12 months is required, no shorter term leases are available.
 
Rent is $1285/month which includes heat. The hot water and electric is not included but averages $50-$60/month with NYSEG. The apartment is non-smoking and there are no furnishings available.
