Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. This quiet, historic home is very beautiful with 10-ft ceilings, wide plank floors, and original &amp;amp; well-preserved details. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing experience with its cozy living room, dining room and shared kitchen. It was built in 1820 but completely renovated 8 years ago and was used as a Bed &amp;amp; Breakfast for a few years.
 
A private mini-frig is provided to supplement the large frig in the kitchen. This is a big, quiet house with lots of room to share but offers your own privacy. The backyard &amp;amp; garden area is also another wonderful amenity this
