Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. We strive to make the experience for all of our tenants the best possible one while they are living in our properties. We understand what it is like to be a student or a young professional working and studying in the Ithaca area and we aim to provide you with the best possible experience.

Applicant must receive positive references from ALL previous landlords for the past 5 years.
Applicant must provide proof of sufficient and verifiable income.
Applicant&apos;s credit score must be a minimum of 650.
Applicant must be a non-smoker.
A background and credit check will be conducted on all applicant&apos;s over 18.
Those with pets must be able to provide proof of license, tags, shots, references and insurance.
