Moll Properties was founded by Simon and Monica Moll, both Cornell Graduates who fell in love with Ithaca and all it has to offer. Simon came all the way from Adelaide, South Australia to study at Cornell University as a graduate student and met Monica, a New Jersey transplant who was also finishing graduate school at Cornell. Having come from humble graduate student backgrounds, we understand the need for affordable quality housing for both students and young professionals in the Ithaca area. We love what we do and it shows in the quality of the management and maintenance of our properties. We strive to make the experience for all of our tenants the best possible one while they are living in our properties. Lovely, furnished one-bedroom apartment that is perfect for someone who loves quiet and natural surroundings. Although only two miles from downtown Ithaca, walk out the back door and you have direct access to the South Hill Recreation Trail and smaller trails leading to Six-Mile Creek and the two Ithaca water reservoirs. 
The apartment is on the lower level with its own private entrance and beautiful gardens as you enter. The kitchen includes quartz counters; the bathroom is newly renovated. Available starting July 15th. Our home (owners live on upper level) is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street about 1/2 mile from the back entrance to Ithaca College. It is less than a ten-minute drive to Cornell. The apartment is the best of both worlds; because it is in the basement, it stays cool on the hottest days. However, it is located on a hillside, so it has several large windows that look out on more gardens with the woods in the background. Non-smoking, no pets. $1,050 monthly for a single occupant; for two the price is $1,300. Rent includes water, wireless internet, washer/dryer, off-street parking, and trash; Gas &amp; Electric (approximately $100/month) not included. (We are willing to store some furniture if a potential longer-term tenant wishes to use some of their own pieces.)
