- No more than 4 other collections and charge offs combined
- Total amount of outstanding bad debts, collections and charge offs combined cannot be more than $5000
- Monthly payments of all current debts cannot be more than 30% of the monthly gross income
Tenants have right to write a statement explaining why some of these criteria should be excused.
