This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a duplex. Available July 1st and the lease renews Sept 1. You would be taking over the lease from a roommate who is leaving. Other roommates are young professionals, all male though open to any gender moving in (Our one female roommate is moving out!). We are friendly and occasionally hang out, though everyone mostly does their own thing. There is one cat who lives here and we're not looking for any other pets, since he might not get along with them.
