Living Arrangement: A friend (grad student) & I (teacher) live here in 2 of the 3 BRs. You would be renting a room that's available now. Our previous roommate completed his doctorate and moved out in May, I just haven't had a chance to list until now.
Great location, neighborhood, neighbors, outdoors space, & common areas - close to parks, restaurants/dining, campus, Old Town, art & events.
The house has seen many changes since I bought it in 2015. It has been gutted and renovated. A 2nd bathroom was installed a couple years ago.
The kitchen has painted subfloor, but we have installed a custom, handmade walnut countertop and island, new appliances (new fridge and gas stove in the past year and a half), and continue to upgrade areas of the house. Some of the pictures are dated, so be sure to note the differences if you come view the house.
