Lease description: 
Smoke free house. Renter will pay $2,000 a month for rent, utilities not included. All utilities will be put in the renter's name and will be the full responsibility of the renter. Renter must have renter's insurance. The homeowners will be responsible for any home maintenance that is not at the fault of the renter (Examples: New roof, new water heater, etc). However, renter will be responsible for any and all damages to exterior and interior of the property that is at the fault of the renter as well as any damages to furniture that is owned by the homeowners. Renters will be required to provide proof of income, renter's insurance, a clean background check, government issued ID, and most recent bank statement. Renters will be required to sign a one year lease agreement and provide the $2,000 security deposit as well as first and last months rent up front. Renewal of the lease agreement is available on behalf of the homeowners.
