FYI: I do not have a picture to provide you yet of a loft bed frame I just purchased for the small bedroom that allows the mattress to be put above the floor level freeing up the entire floor space below. In order to show how easily the space can be transformed much larger with the loft bed frame I also purchased a chest of drawers and a dresser to stage that bedroom. The loft bed frame also has a built-in desk on one side the other side as I say I will be adding a chest of drawers to show just how much space it transforms that small bedroom by adding the loft bed frame. The loft bed frame will stay however the chest of drawers and dresser that I bought just to show again how many things you can get into that small bedroom to make it very very user friendly those two pieces somebody can decide if they want to use them or bring/purchase other furniture. All bedrooms have existing walkin closets. As I say I do not yet have pictures of this setup for the small bedroom I have already purchased the furniture I just need to hire someone to put it together/ install it in the room.

FYI my tenants generally leave for ONLY one of two reasons: 1. somebody in their group decides to continue their education OR 2. to quote former tenants girlfriends or boyfriends crowbar them out LOL. Case in point prior tenants of this unit lived there for over 7+ years directly out of undergrad from Yale they only left because one of the group moved to Palo Alto to work on a masters from Stanford. I adore all of my tenants and treat them like I want to be treated. :)
