Sands and Shadows is extremely easy to get to! The community is located at the base of the Palms to Pines highway (74), just a couple of blocks before El Paseo. We are just 20 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport and less than an hour from beautiful Idyllwild for hiking and a cooler climate, where we also have cabins available for shorter stays if youd like a change of scenery during your visit. We are1.5 hours from Ontario International Airport, 2.5 hours from San Diego and less than a ten minute stroll to dinner on El Paseo.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
Guests must be 30 or over to rent, maximum of two tenants both must be approved. This is a strictly no parties and non smoking property. Cancellation Policies are listed in our Rental Agreement. Cleaning fee of $250 is additional. Tenant pays electric, all other utils included.
