2.	If you and another adult who will be living in the property combined with your income amounted to at least $32,500 in 2022 and are both currently employed.
3.	If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $32,500 in 2022. 
APPLICATION PROCESS: Each adult must provide written proof of earned income. If you do not have written proof of your income, please do not apply to rent this property. If you qualify to rent this property, you will be asked to complete an application. There will be a $25 fee for a background check, if your application is approved.
