That’s why we’ve built a process to make it super easy to find the right fit for you, whether you’re ready to lease your own apartment long-term, want a private bedroom in a coliving community, or anything.
We’ve thoughtfully designed interesting and convenient houses at affordable prices, so you can spend more time living your life and less time stressing about where you’ll lay your head at night.

The Apartment is located on the popular Upper East Side, within the leafy area of Lenox Hill and within walking distance of the United Nations. This house is in the heart of Manhattan, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants and just 20 minutes from Times Square, while still feeling serene, thanks to its close proximity to the East River and several parks.
Your room will move-in ready. Internet access is provided.
Amenities may include: full-size mattresses, pillows, shelving, hooks and closet/organizational tools.
At select apartments we also offer: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and hand soap, dish soap. 
As always, the well-being of our members is our top priority, and we're committed to providing a safe environment for members at all Outpost apartments as the novel coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve. We're following CDC recommendations within our apartments to ensure your safety, including by leaving rooms empty for at least 24 hours after the previous member moves out. Our staff has access to the appropriate PPE and using high-strength disinfecting chemicals. We'll continue to adapt our strategies moving forward to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests and team members.
To move in, we collect first-month’s rent in addition to a one-month security deposit, which can be covered by HelloRented for a small monthly fee.
