This is a move-in ready, 2BR w/small living room and kitchenette area in my home. There is no private entrance, so I am looking for professionals with similar schedules to ours. I am an easy-going grandmother raising my 10 YO grandson. We get up early (6 am) and go to bed early (10pm). The ideal tenant for me would be no more than one or two professionals that work during the day. It is a really bright nice basement in one of the safest areas in Thornton. Location is between Washington and Colorado Blvd., just off Thornton Parkway so there are lots of shopping areas and easy access to all roads and I-25 but we are in a nice subdivision (North Hills). The lease can be flexible. No smoking or vaping is allowed so only non-smokers apply please. This is a great place if you want something more 'homey.'
