10- While we really like animals, dogs, cats and any other animals are not allowed in the property sorry pet owners. This is a very strict policy going with this property. By enforcing this policy, you are free of animal allergies and smells. However, being a pet owner cannot stop you for enjoying our unit, since there are pet hotels and private pet boarding in the area for you to consider placing your pet. Also, there has been no smoking inside the house since new, and no smoking is allowed inside the house. 
11- Privacy: House provides Privacy, separate entrance, and is fully fenced for your peace of mind and will offer you the so much desired privacy in the front yard and in the back yard of it.
