Pet Policy: 
Two dogs or cats maximum.
Small dogs (30 lbs or less and cats): $200 additional deposit & $25 extra per month per animal.
Medium dogs (30-40lbs): $300 additional deposit & $35 extra per month per animal.
Large dogs (40lbs and over): $400 additional deposit & $45 extra per month per animal.
Pets must be spayed or neutered and over a year old.
Tenants may have other animals on property with management's approval. Two horses are allowed on the property at no additional rent. Each additional horse will be an extra rent of $250.00 per month with a maximum of four horses allowed on the property. The additional security deposit for each horse is $500.00. Manure is to be hauled away biweekly at minimum. 
If interested in having other animals, we will charge additional security deposit depending on amount and type.
Income Policy:
Combined monthly income must be three times the monthly rent amount. In this case, the income requirement to be considered for this property is $6,000.00 per month.
