Ensure that you have all the required documents to complete the application (your most recent 6 weeks of paystub for all income sources, any award letter for Social Security, disability or retirement income, Government Issued IDs for all adults, most recent orders if military).
UPON APPROVAL: A full month's rent and security deposit must be paid with certified funds to our office within 48 hours of approval.
MILITARY APPLICANTS Please upload a copy of your most current orders with your application. Your PRD must be at least 12 months after your lease start date.
ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN RENT:

APPLICATION TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 business days depending on how quickly your references respond to our inquiries. Applications submitted on weekends or holidays will be considered submitted on the next business day.
