Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a max of two animals. 
Security deposit is not required, but we require an insurance plan, which replaces the deposit and helps cover damages. This is a lower-cost alternative to paying a security deposit. 
Tenant is responsible for water, electricity, trash, sewer and gas. Tenant is also responsible for lawn care and snow removal.

In addition to the security deposit, we require tenants to purchase and maintain a renters' insurance policy that will provide liability coverage and will cover their belongings in the event of a loss.
