Casa Sirena is a 1940's era cottage nestled in a small, security gated 5-plex. We have 4 furnished cottages in this complex, so if Casa Sirena isn't avaiable for your dates, feel free to inquire about:
a) Casa del Sol (unit 4071), b) Casa Blanca (unit 4065), or Casa Annelise (unit 4069)
These cottages have all been renovated with brand new kitchen cabinets and appliances, quartz countertops, dishwashers and built-in microwaves over the stove range, new hardwood flooring, new bathroom fixtures, and have all been decorated with cozy, stylish boho decor.
The cottage has a nice layout, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, plenty of closet space in the bedroom and hallway linen closet.
There is a front entrance, and a back door off the kitchen. All the windows have white Venetian blinds and curtains.
Each unit comes with a garage parking stall, with remote control access to drive in and out. These garages cannot accommodate large SUVs, so if you have a large vehicle, please check to see if parking your vehicle can be accommodated.
The cottage can be rented without including the garage, for a reduced rate. Please inquire about the rental price for the cottage without the garage, if you're interested in only the cottage.
This complex has security gates in from and back, with key-less entry codes. Each unit has security doors on all entrances. The complex is well-lit at night, with motion sensor lighting on the pathways, and front porch lights stay on in the common areas.
There is a large, covered patio area in the center of the complex. There is an outdoor dining table, community BBQ, hammock for two, string lights, and additional patio furniture for outdoor dining and entertainment.
The cottages are centrally located in San Diego: City Height's neighborhood on an urban-residential, tree-lined street with a mix of homes and apartment complexes. There are several bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance such as Nate's Garden Grill (outdoor seating, locally sourced American fare), Brooklyn Bar and Grill (sports bar type food), and several authentic Vietnamese spots. Pho King, Ly Heng, and Trieu Chau are a couple of the many delicious places located in the nearby Little Saigon neighborhood. 
We're only 10-15 minutes to most major attractions, including Beaches, Balboa Park, Downtown and Little Italy. UCSD Medical Center, Scripps Mercy, Kaiser, Sharp's Memorial hospitals are within 10-15 minutes away. Many of our nurses bike to work.

$500 security deposit (refundable), $250 cleaning fee (non-refundable) $150 pet cleaning fee.
To hold a unit for rent, we take a $500 holding deposit, which transfers to your security deposit upon move in.

The cottages on Chamoune Avenue are located near markets, restaurants, and the City Heights recreation center and performing arts complex.
